Refund policy

At MARINI, we want you to feel confident in every step you take with us. That’s why we offer a 14-day return policy, giving you 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, with all original tags and packaging. Proof of purchase is required. The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund (excluding shipping protection, if applicable).

Promotional Orders Orders placed during promotions like "Buy One, Get One" or "2 pairs for X" follow a specific refund policy. If you return only part of the order, the refund will be calculated as the total amount paid minus the full price of the item kept. In purchases of 3 or more pairs, if 2 items are returned, the refund will follow the pricing structure of the promotion applied at the time of purchase. This ensures fairness and avoids misuse of promotional offers.

Starting a Return To initiate a return, contact us at contact@vistamarini.com. Once your request is approved, we’ll send return instructions and a shipping label. Please note: items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Undelivered Packages If your tracking says the package was delivered but you didn’t receive it, we cannot issue a refund unless you purchased shipping protection. In that case, contact our support team. If no shipping protection was added, we recommend contacting the courier directly.

Damaged or Incorrect Items Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Incorrect Address We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a USD $10 restocking fee will be applied. Alternatively, we can send a replacement if your order included shipping protection.

Non-returnable Items Some items cannot be returned, including gift cards, final sale items, and personalized products. Please contact us if you’re unsure whether your item qualifies.

Exchanges To request an exchange, email us at contact@vistamarini.com. Our exchange fee is USD $15 per item.

European Union - Right of Withdrawal If your order is delivered within the EU, you have the right to cancel and return it within 14 days, for any reason. The item must be unused, with tags and original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refund Processing Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note: your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
